About Us
Built for Strata, Backed by Experience.
StrataFire was founded by Jesse Zotos – a hands-on operator with a strong background in building services and a commitment to doing things compliant.
Jesse saw firsthand how often strata and commercial property managers were let down by unreliable fire service providers. So he started StrataFire Maintenance Group, with a clear vision built on three simple things:
- Straightforward service: honest work - done right, on time, by registered and licensed trades.
- Reliable scheduling: show up when we say we will, and stick to the plan.
- Real accountability: clear reports, documented testing, and open communication.
The goal?
To take the stress, hassle and uncertainty out of fire system compliance, so building managers can focus on their job – not chasing certificates or wondering whether a test was done.
